Enter the tracking number from your booking confirmation. It works for air, ocean, road, courier and vault shipments.
Numbers begin with SMC followed by a two-letter service code.
What the statuses mean
Every shipment moves through the same milestones, whichever mode carries it.
The booking is registered and collection is scheduled. Nothing has moved yet.
Cargo is on the aircraft, vessel or vehicle and moving towards the destination.
Entries are filed and cargo is held pending release by the authorities.
Loaded on the final vehicle. Delivery is expected the same day.
Signed for at the destination. Proof of delivery is available on request.
Something needs attention. Your coordinator will already be working on it.
Cannot find your shipment?
Newly booked cargo can take up to an hour to appear. If the number still does not resolve, our desk can look it up for you.
